A platform for companies working through complex procurement and tendering.
The work started with the process, not the screen: how opportunities are found, how they are read, who decides, and what has to be assembled before a bid can go out. From that we shaped the product logic — monitoring, qualification, analysis and decision support — and built the workflows, the AI-assisted parts and the interface around it.

Company documentation arrives loose — files, forms, evidence, everything in a different shape. CertifAI turns that into a structured profile: fields that mean something, documents attached where they belong, and a qualification path that can be followed and checked. Document intelligence does the reading; the workflow does the rest.

A municipal platform designed around both sides of the counter.
Local administrations run on requests, documents, approvals and registers — and every one of them touches a citizen on one side and a department on the other. We designed the platform around that pair: digital services and clear status for the people who submit, structured workflows, routing and document flows for the people who resolve.
